What the work includes

- Flashing at all penetrations, walls, and chimneys
- Proper ventilation, ridge and soffit balanced
- Gutters and downspouts scoped as part of the same project
Why it matters
A roof isn't just shingles. It's the system that sheds water away from the structure. That system depends on how the roof terminates into the walls, how the flashing is tied in, and whether the gutters below are sized to handle the runoff.
When we do roofing as part of the full envelope, we account for all of it. Nothing is left to the next contractor to figure out.
